David Hasselhoff, noted drunk and former actor spoke out recently against the liberal gun lws in America, comparing parts of the US to the Wild Wild West..
According to WENN, the one time actor, who became much more famed for his drunken video, says that having the right to bear arms can encourage violence.
Hasselhoff, who became famed by playing Michael Knight in the 1980s drama Knight Rider, said he doesn’t believe now that owning a gun is a good deterrent to burglars and has banned them from his home.
“That’s kind of a double-edged sword. My daughter lives in Atlanta and they are allowed to carry guns in their cars. It’s like the Wild West there,” he said.
“If there’s a gun around, I believe you are going to use it. I think it’s really dangerous to have a gun in your house, so I would never, never have a gun in my house.”
We suppose, when one hasn’t the intestinal fortitude to say no to drugs and alcohol, owning a gun would certainly be a danger for you, even if its not for the more self controlled populace.
