“My Best Friend’s Girl” star Dane Cook’s half brother, Darryl McCauley, pleaded not guilty to embezzling millions of dollars from the actor/comedian and was held on $3 million bail yesterday.

According to the Associated Press, 43-year-old McCauley was arraigned on charges including larceny and forgery.

Prosecutors say Cook’s half brother, who worked as the actor/comedian’s business manager for quite some time, transferred funds from Cook’s accounts to his own as well as forging a $3 million check from Cook to himself.

He allegedly used the money to pay for trips and buy cars….
