Eddie Furlong, the Green Hornet’s actor was imprisoned Tuesday morning for allegedly defying the court order to remain a minimum of 100 yards away from his separated wife.
The 33 year old American actor who also starred in Terminator 2, was brought to custody while he was in court for a trial on the restraining order attained by Rachael Kneeland, stated by a spokesman of the Attorney’s Office of Los Angeles City.
According to his court papers, he was alleged by Kneeland that during September 23, he grabbed Kneeland, bruised her and pushed her. He also left messages saying he would take on people to come and strike her with chains and bats. Furlong was also alleged smoking cocaine and doing several drugs. It was added that Furlong is very unpredictable.
Furlong has turned down the recent allegations. However, one judge issued a restraining order for three years against the Green Hornet’s actor together with an order for him to go through counselling.
Furlong was arrested morning, when he attended the Green Hornet premiere in Los Angeles.
Furlong was preparing to go to Mexico City for the world premiere of the movie Tequila on January 27, head to Park City, Utah for the film making of his film Attack of the Darfur.
