Emmy Award-winning actress Beatrice “Bea” Arthur died yesterday at her home in Los Angeles at the age of 86, the Los Angeles Times reports. Her family was reportedly by her side.
Arthur, who was probably best known for playing Dorothy Zbornak on NBC’s sitcom “The Golden Girls”, had been battling cancer for some time, but her spokesperson has not yet revealed any details about her death.
