In October, the E! host, Giuliana Rancic found out that she had breast cancer and know she has decided to do something about it. She will be undergoing double mastectomy and immediate reconstruction.
Giuliana Rancic says when she first learned she had breast cancer she was very afraid. However, after she was able to do some research on mastectomy she feels that technology is advanced enough and she is no longer as scared as she was in the beginning.
Giuliana Rancic says her main reason for doing this is to educate others. Also, she says that this procedure is one that can save lives. Not to mention the fact that it has been used for twenty years now.
She has also mentioned that her husband has been very supportive and even though she is worried about her appearance afterwards, Bill – her husband – has assured her that he does not care what she looks like as long as she is healthy and can be around for more years. It seems all of the encouragement and support Giuliana has received from everyone is what has brought her to be able to go ahead with the procedure. We do wish her the best of luck as well!
