“Girls Gone Wild”-creator pleads no contest to child abuse charges

Joe FrancisAccording to Fox News, “Girls Gone Wild”-creator Joe Francis pleaded no contest yesterday to prostitution and child abuse charges in Panama City.

Francis entered the pleas to finally resolve the case that began after the “Girls Gone Wild”-series (with lots of topless, under-aged girls) was videotaped a few years ago.

Francis was sentenced to 339 days in jail, but the judge gave him “credit” for the last year he spent behind bars in Reno and Bay County.

Francis remains out of jail on bond, pending a federal tax evasion trial in Nevada.
