Mel is apparently sorry for his bigoted commentary and wants a do-over so he can get his record expunged. Mel Gibson will ask a judge to expunge the DUI that everyone knows about.
Gibson’s lawyer, Blair Berk, will go to court in one week and ask the judge to remove the DUI from Gibson’s record — because he completed all the terms of his 3-year probation for the DUI. Dang didn’t we have one who was in for just five days.. he must have really ticked someone off.
Gibson was arrested in Malibu back in July, 2006 and went on an anti-Semitic rant that authorities tried to bury. TMZ broke the snews by publishing these interesting reports of the tirade
