“Diff’rent Strokes” star Gary Coleman, 40, pleaded not guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and reckless driving in a Payson Justice Court Tuesday, according to Fox News.
The charges stem from an unpleasant incident outside a bowling alley in early September.
This is basically what happened: Coleman hit a man by the name of Colt Rushton with his car after the two had an argument about the fact that Rushton was snapping photos of the former actor (and his truck) with his cell phone camera.
“Your honor,” the former television star told the judge. “I’m not guilty of any of those charges.”
The judge set the next hearing, a so called pretrial conference, for 9:30 a.m. December 2.
