When Ryan Seacrest is about to interview Jennifer Garner and Laura Linney on the E! pre-Oscar show, actor Gary Busey suddenly appears and yells: “Ryan Seacrest! I’ve been looking for you for years!”

The actor then walks up to Seacrest and the two ladies, who have no time to escape. Busey grabs Linney and gives her a big wet one and then turns to a chocked Jennifer Garner and kisses her on the neck…

Seacrest does not know what to do and when Busey finally leaves he turns to his crew and says: “I have no idea how to explain what is happening on this carpet right now?”
