Everybody’s favorite Gary Busey was recently evicted from his home in Malibu, California.

WENN reports that the 63-year-old actor allegedly owes $50,000 in back rent.

Busey, however, refuses to pay the rent debt, because he claims that the house had unclean air condition vents, which was hazardous to his health.
