Gary Busey, 63, interrupted Ryan Seacrest during a live E! Oscar special by hugging and kissing actress Jennifer Garner on the neck, leaving the poor girl both speechless and very uncomfortable. Now, the actor apologizes for the incident by saying: “I meant no disrespect to Ms. Jennifer Garner when I met her at the Oscars and apologize if I made her uncomfortable.”
