Halle Berry is not playing any games with Gabriel Aubry. She has asked the judge for an order that will prohibit her baby daddy from being in contact with their daughter Nahla until the investigations of child endangerment are over with him.
Currently, the LAPD is doing a criminal battery and child endangerment investigation due to the fact that it has reported that Gabriel pushed the nanny while she was holding his daughter. Also, before he pushed the nanny is supposedly shouted out a racial epithet. So, now the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services have even gotten involved.
The nanny is named Alliance Kamdem and she has revealed that Gabriel has yelled and cursed at her before. She has even stated that most of the time his daughter was in the room. She has stated that at times she has had to sit in the corner of the condo and wait for her presence to be needed. Not to mention the fact that he yells at Nahla and when she had a rash he was unconcerned about it. After he pushed her last week Alliance Kamdem decided it was time to quit.
Gabriel’s reps are saying that anyone can file a police report but it does not mean that it is true.
