Jamie Foxx issued a sort of apology toMiley Cyrus after advising her to “make a sex tape and grow up”.
During a rant on Foxxhole radio show, Foxx encouraged the 16-year-old Hannah Montana star to “do some heroin” and “start being a lesbian”.
Later that week on the The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, he said: “I so apologize, and this is sincere. I am a comedian, and you guys know that whatever I say, I don’t mean any of it. And sometimes, as comedians, we go a little bit too far.
“We go at everybody. There was a situation with Miley Cyrus, and I just want to say, I apologize for what I said. I didn’t mean it maliciously. You know I’m a comedian. You know my heart.”
The Oscar-winning actor added: “Miley, I apologise, so I’ll call you. I got a daughter too, so I completely understand.”
Foxx’s comments were reportedly brought about by a caller who offered commentary on the spoiled brat Miley, whose ego was apparently bigger than her actual stardom, when she commented that she would “ruin” Radiohead after the band snubbed her.
So Miley Cyrus is finally breaking free from all the kiddie stuff. It is being reported that she is spending lots of her time in the studio with the lead singer and songwriter of the band MEAN VENUS–who goes only by the initial ‘J’. We’re told she is striving to “heavy up” her sound and is embarking in a new hard rock direction. Should be interesting!
