Eva Mendes Back to Rehab

Eva Mendes Back To RehabEva Mendes just got back home to Los Angeles from rehab, but it seems she is headed straight back to Cirque Lodge rehab clinic in Utah again to continue the treatment.

We all wish her the best and that she soon gets over her addiction.
