Looks like Eva Longoria will no longer be spotted together with NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez, 25. The two have been reported to split and go their own ways after dating for only two months.
The split has been confirmed by a source saying the two have “split amicably and remain friends”. This same source also said that “there is no drama” with the recent split. Sanchez’ rep also confirmed the news saying, “Mark and Eva continue to be friends and are both focusing on their careers”. The rep had pointed out that it was mainly because of the schedules of both parties and that both have remained close friends.
Longoria, 37, was reported to have dated the younger New York Jets quarterback middle of the year. Both went public with their relationship in September, when the “Desperate Housewives” actress dished out the details to Mario Lopez, a close friend of hers and the host of “Extra” and “X Factor”.
The two dated shortly after she had broken up with Spanish-born singer Eduardo Cruz. Cruz and Longoria had been an item since February 2011, but decided to finally end things in June.
Sanchez has previously dated stars like Sports Illustrated cover girl Kate Upton and actresses Hayden Panettiere and Jamie-Lynn Sigler. Prior to Cruz, Longoria has been married to basketball star Tony Parker for four years, which had ended following issues of infidelity.
