From Gawker comes the hilar-ious story about the former scrubbed up Disney Kiddie Hilary Duff who it seems it no longer a fresh faced kiddo, having been seen all over NY lately..

Gawker saw her in a whole new light however.. Freemans restaurant, totally trashed and shrieking at another restaurant goer, who was apparently also trashed.
