Is 15-year-old “Hannah Montana” star Miley Cyrus dating 20-year-old underwear model Justin Gaston?

Well, according to rumors on the Net, she is, but according to her rep, she’s not.

Cyrus and Gaston do seem to be very good friends though. Fox News reports that the two spent last Sunday together at church and shopping.
