Reuters is reporting that DMX has been sentenced to spend 90 days in the slammer on drug, theft and animal cruelty charges.
As we all know, DMX was arrested numerous times last year and it’s now time for him to serve the time.
“After several run-ins with the law, Mr. Simmons (DMX) is finally being held accountable for his actions. We will continue to prosecute aggressively all cases involving cruelty to animals,” said the county attorney Andrew Thomas in a statement.
