DJ AM is reportedly seeking $20 million in compensation following last year’s crash in which he and the Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker were the only survivors.
The 35-year-old, whose real name is Adam Goldstein, has filed a legal suit against Learjet and other companies deemed responsible for the accident, which left four passengers dead.
Entertainment Tonight says that Goldstein is seeking $10 million for medical damages, lost earnings and profits and economic damages, as well as $10 million for mental and physical pain and suffering.
