Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein’s publicist says the famous DJ has now been released from the hospital.
“While he is deeply saddened by the events, he is thankful for all of the love and support he has been receiving… We ask that you continue to respect his privacy as he rests and heals and mourns the loss of his friends”, Goldstein’s publicist has said in a statement to E! Online.
Goldstein was critically injured when the plane he was traveling in crashed on takeoff in Columbia, South Carolina. The crash killed two crew members and two other passengers, and seriously injured Goldstein and former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.
