It turns out that Devin Ebanks – L.A. Lakers player – is not guilty of rape. He was under investigation for a rape that supposedly took place back in September. A woman stated that she had met him at a nightclub in the city and she refused to have sex with her so he forced himself upon her for five to ten minutes.
The woman later tried to trick Devin Ebanks into saying that he had sex with her via text by telling him that she had caught an STD from him. However, Devin Ebanks let her know that it did not come from him because they have never had sex.
It doesn’t stop there! When the woman had the sexual assault examination done nothing was found. Obviously, the judge threw out of court due to the fact that she had no solid evidence. Not to mention the fact that sources have informed us that this alleged victim has tried this stunt with all ball players before.
What it seems like to us is she is someone like Mariah Yeater who is just trying to find a way to get a nice chunk of money quick.
