Defamation suit against “Dr. Phil” not dismissed

Dr. Phil A judge refused to dismiss a defamation suit against the famous “Dr. Phil” and CBS brought by two brothers who were questioned in the Natalee Holloway case, all according to Fox News. The brothers argue that the show implied they helped kill Natalee and then got rid of her body.
