David Duchovny has entered rehab for his sex addiction, his rep confirmed Thursday
The actor, famous for his roles in Californication and the X Files is married to actress Tea Leoni, from “Bad Boys” among other things.

“I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction,” Duchovny said in a statement released Thursday by his attorney, Stanton “Larry” Stein. “I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family.”

Ironically,  Duchovny won a Golden Globe for playing a writer that was very into sex on “Californication”.
