E! Online reports that British soccer star David Beckham confronted some paparazzi who were following him and his wife Victoria around yesterday.

According to an eyewitness, Beckham went up to the paparazzo’s car and tried to get the driver to come out. When the driver refused, the soccer player’s bodyguards went up to car too and a fight broke out.

“Once the bodyguards and the paparazzi started fighting David ran back to the car and he and Victoria drove off…” the eyewitness is quoted as saying by E! Online.

The police came and broke up the fight, but no arrests were made.
