Caressa Cameron was crowned Miss America 2010 last night in Las Vegas. The top honoree beat out more than 52 others to become Miss America and also walked away with a cash award of $50,000 for the honor.

In June, Cameron earned the Miss Virginia title on her fourth try at the award. She is 22 and said that her platform would focus on AIDS education. So Miss America requires a running platform?

Tila Tequila twittered and tweeted her way to irritating people yesterday as she passed out hints about the baby daddy for the child she is purported carrying. Now not that we’re questioning her dubious integrity, but her reputation for truth isn’t exactly the best.
According to The Hollywood Gossip whose headline reads “The Game is NOT father of Tila Tequila’s baby. Which makes sense. Seeing how that certified nut job isn’t actually pregnant.”

Tila Tweeted hints that the rapper was herbaby’s daddy. Last night, however, The Game posted a Twitter message which apparently denied it.
Just left TMZ settin the record straight, my gyrl aint like that Tila Tequila sh!t !

Then came the riposte:

Allegedly Jayson Williams, the guy who is facing about 18  months in jail after pleading guilty to an assault is also losing ground on the home front. His home was broken into and reportedly he’s had memorabilia stolen that reads like a who’s who of Hollywood. The signed memorabilia he allegedly lost included things from basketball legends, golfer Tiger Woods shoes, as well as Tupac stuff, all taken when his home was broken into.

Ever since the Peta-flakes began their campaign to free Phil, that is to say the Punxsutawney Rodent who predicts the weather, Peta has been losing ground in polls all over the internet. Brittany Murphy’s husband says that the claims he is reading about being involved in  the actress’s death as “absurd”.

Screenwriter ­Simon Monjack said that “unkind” accusations surrounding the tragedy were extraordinarily hurtful. “We were planning a family.. so why would I kill her?” the 39-year-old asked.

Murphy died December 20 after collapsing at the Hollywood home they shared with mother Sharon. Police found a large quantity of ­prescription drugs at the house and no one is quite certain whose they are or where they came from. Speculations have run rampant the past weeks..

Monjack told the Sunday Mirror that Murphy, who was diagnosed with a heart condition, took painkillers and anti-­depressants to control her moods.

“Brittany took  Vicoprofen andSarafem five days a week before her period. She had been doing it for 10 years. Most of the drugs are mine. I suffer from seizures. I had a heart attack ­coming back from Puerto Rico last year,” he said.
