Reports that Amy Winehouse was to spend New Year’s Eve in a rehab or hospital are being denied by the singer’s representatives.Yesterday, it was claimed that the singer had needed  medical attention because she was  “a bit of a state” due to a period of heavy drinking. The spokesperson for Winehouse told OK mag that it was : “It’s just not true. She won’t be checking into hospital, she has no need to.”

Rumors said that the off again-on again star had received treatment for nervous exhaustion after collapsing at home over Christmas. Last week we got the news that she and Fielder Civil, her former husband plan to remarry.

Rush Limbaugh has been hospitalized in Hawaii after apparently suffering chest pains.

Reported by ET Online, local media says that the talk show political radio host was taken from his hotel to hospital by paramedics.

A statement on his official website said: “Rush was admitted to a Honolulu hospital today and is resting comfortably after suffering chest pains.

“Rush appreciates your prayers and well wishes.”

Patrick Disney Miller was back in Felony land today as he pled not guilty to all of the 24 charges listed against him. DMX himself couldn’t have done better at racking up the count on the charges.
His bail was summarily increased from outrageous to ludicrous.. Disney had a previous conviction in 2005 for drugs.
The grandson of Walt Disney was hit with 24 charges by the LA County District Attorney who charged him with with 19 counts of unlawful possession of firearm by a felon, 1 count of possession of illegal assault weapon, 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance with a firearm.

The charges stemmed from a search where police found 13 handguns, 1 rifle, 1 illegal assault rifle and some drugs.

The damage to Jon Gosselin’s apartment or at least according to his lawyer is just beyond belief in the attack that took place while he was spending Christmas in Pennsylvania. According to his attorney, a “butcher knife” wielding maniac sliced the whole place to shreds.

Now while we may believe that some of it was karmic retribution and couldn’t have happned to a nicer by its still a bit on the spooky side that this man could produce any effect on anyone other than total disgust.

Jon found his “shoes, shirts, luggage, bed, curtain, rugs and other furnishings” had been slashed by a “sick perpetrator”

TMZ also says that ” Jon’s television, CD player, coffee maker, a Nintendo Wii game, dishes, pots and pans were taken from his apartment. Jon’s attorney also says a Ming vase, believed to be over 100 years old … was “smashed to pieces.”"

As for the note that was left behind … it was “speared” to Jon’s bedroom dresser with a butcher knife.

Law enforcement sources say Hailey Glassman’s name was signed at the bottom of the note — but that doesn’t mean she had anything to do with it.  We’re curious as to what possible motive anyone could have for slicing and dicing the mans home.  He’s not exactly material for a standard stalker and since the crash and burn of his domestic series its not like he’s got any real claim to fame or any future in entertainment….    Interesting stuff.
