Poor Hilton had to experience yet another crazy incident with violent European paparazzi.

Yesterday a fight broke out when Hilton and Madden exited a restaurant in Prague, Czech Republic. When the coupled tried to escape the turmoil, Hilton fell flat to the ground, hurting her chin.

According to OK Magazine, Madonna, 49, wants the media to leave Britney Spears alone. “They need to step off,” she said on E! satellite radio show. “For real… Let’s go save her!”

And about the rumors that her marriage to Guy Ritchie is about to end, Madonna said: “It is ridiculous… I don’t pay much attention to it.”

The feud over “who gets what” after late actor Heath Ledger has taken a turn for the worse - family members now claim that the actor might have fathered a child in secret when he was 17 years old.

According to News.com.au, Ledger’s uncle, Haydn Ledger, has confirmed that there is a “real possibility” that his nephew has fathered a girl with an old girlfriend. Ledger’s mom and dad have refused to comment the rumor.

If the rumor is true, his daughter Matilda Rose and other family members might to have to split their inheritance with his “secret daughter”.

Actor Patrick Swayze, who is battling pancreatic cancer, is trying to take his mind of things by taking his wife, Lisa Niemi, for plane rides.

In addition to their flights to and from Stanford University Medical Center for Patrick’s chemotherapy, Swayze and Lisa, who are both experienced pilots, have lately been flying around both California and Nevada, all according to OK Magazine.
