Daniel’s Diagnosis
Daniel Radcliffe revealed earlier that he suffers from a milder type of dyspraxia, which is a neurological process that can lend some poor coordination to the Harry Potter star that might in some cases be seen as only a clumsy child.
His representative told the Daily Mail in Britain that “Yes, Dan Radcliffe does have dyspraxia, This is something he has never hidden. Thankfully his condition is very mild and at worst manifests itself in an inability to tie his shoelaces and bad handwriting.”
Promoting his Broadway debut he spoke about his condition and diagnosis even going so far as to joke about it.
“Why, oh why, has Velcro not taken off?”
Although he doesn’t mention when he was given the diagnosis, it appears it was not when he was a small child as he also spoke of the difficulty of his earlier days at school.
Among other things the diagnosed condition can make it more difficult to learn.
