It has now been confirmed that 15-year-old actress Dakota Fanning will be starring in the second film in the Twilight saga entitled “New Moon”.

Fanning’s breakthrough role was in the Sean Penn movie “I Am Sam” in 2001.
As a kid, she appeared in films as “Man on Fire” starring Denzel Washington and “War of the Worlds” starring Tom Cruise… and she is actually the youngest person ever to have been nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award.
