The Associated Press reports that Emmy Award winning actor Brad Garrett (best known for his role as Robert on the sitcom “Everybody Loves Raymond”) will not be charged for pushing a paparazzo outside a restaurant in West Hollywood about a month ago, allegedly breaking his camera.
According to a report released by the L.A. County district attorney’s office, the paparazzo “attempted to provoke a violent reaction from [Garrett] … by using hostile and derogatory language.”
The report also states that the little push Garrett, 48, gave the photographer did not support pursuing a misdemeanor battery charge.
