A warrant has been issued for Emily Leatherman, the 33-year-old woman who just last month pleaded no contest to a felony count of stalking Hollywood star John Cusack, E! Online reports.
By accepting a plea deal she avoided state prison, but was sentenced to five years’ probation and mandatory psychiatric counseling, according to Fox News.
The L.A. District Attorney’s Office has announced that Leatherman has disobeyed the restraining order prohibiting her from coming near the actor’s business or home. As a result, her probation has now been revoked and a bench warrant for her arrest has also been issued, E! Online reports.
Leatherman was arrested a few months ago after lurking outside actor John Cusack’s Malibu home despite a restraining order.
When Cusack filed for the restraining order, he accused the woman of throwing a bag containing rocks, love letters and screwdrivers (!) over his fence.
