Portuguese channel SIC announced that Real Madrid star, Cristiano Ronaldo, fathered twins, a boy and a girl through an unnamed surrogate.
The children, Eva and Mateo, were reportedly born last week in a private hospital in United States and are expected to be flown over to Madrid this week.
The reports haven’t yet been confirmed however.
‘Mateo and Eva, those are the names of Cristiano Ronaldo’s twins,’ the channel claimed. ‘The boy and girl were born to a surrogate mum. It’s a secret that Cristiano Ronaldo hasn’t yet revealed to the rest of the world.’
Ronaldo’s sister “confirms” he became a father again
Ronaldo’s sister, Katia Aveiro appeared on Portuguese show, Queridas Manhas, with her partner and son on Friday night.
They were asked a lot of personal questions they were supposed to answer with yes, no, and maybe boards. One of the questions was whether her brother became a father again and she answered “maybe”. While Katia was very careful in order not to give too much away, her son Dinis cheekily added “yes”. The boy’s answer was quickly dismissed by his mom, saying he was too young to understand what’s going on.
There has been no official confirmation from the footballer or his agents so far but several Portuguese websites and newspapers were running the story on Friday.
The Real Madrid forward, 32, keeps his private life for himself but the source said to newspapers in May the twins are arriving soon and will be flown to his $6,4 million mansion outside Spanish capitol.
“Cristiano and his family can’t wait to meet the new members of their clan. He likes to keep a tight lid on his private life but has told loved ones and close friends the baby boys are due to arrive very soon.” the source said.
Ronaldo’s representatives yet to confirm the reports
Ronaldo, who is currently dating Spanish model Georgina Rodriguez, already shocked the world in 2010 when he announced he had become a father on his social networks. Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, often referred to as Cristianinho is now six years old and is allegedly also born to a surrogate mother.
“Ronaldo feels the time is right for his boy to have brothers to grow up with. His mum Dolores will be there to lend a helping hand like she has been with little Cristiano,” the source also revealed.
The Real Striker and his family always refused to discuss these personal matters and don’t allow intrusion into their personal life.
Ronaldo is reportedly ready to quit Real Madrid due to accusations for tax fraud. Manchester United are the favourites to land Ronaldo in what would be a sensational return to Old Trafford.
