Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo, 23, crashed his $300,000 Ferrari yesterday – just 2 days after importing it from his homeland Portugal.
According to the British tabloid The Sun, the famous soccer player lost control of the car on his way to a training session with his team, Manchester United.
He reportedly hit a roadside barrier and bounced of a tunnel wall, but walked away uninjured. In fact, after the crash he went straight to his training session.
Police sources confirmed yesterday that they will be investigating whether the star was speeding or racing in the car (Manchester United’s goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar was reportedly travelling behind Ronaldo in his Bentley).
