Coolio has been arrested at Los Angeles International Airport on suspicion of possessing narcotics, police have confirmed.The 45-year-old rapper, who’s real name, just FYI is Artis Levon Ivey Jr, was taken into custody this morning, according to Reuters.
A Los Angeles Police spokeswoman said that an arrest had taken place but would not give any further details.
TMZ said that the ‘Gangsta’s Paradise’ songbird was about to board a flight to Tulsa for a gig when he was stoppedand found to be in possession of crack cocaine.
