Chris Klein got popped by the cops for drunk driving. Thing is, he wasn’t just a little bit inebriated, he was wasted. Turns out, Klein’s blood alcohol level was nearly 3 times the legal limit. Looks like Chris was throwing back more then a few. This would be humorous if it wasn’t so stupid and potentially deadly!
Klein’s field blood test was more then .20. The legal drinking limit in California is .08. As a result, he was taken into custody on 101 Freeway in L.A. This is the second time Chris was busted for a DUI in 6 years. Reportedly, Klein was driving with a passenger, a dog.
Word is, PETA isn’t too happy about that little fact. No comment from them concerning the people that could have died if Chris would have wrecked.
