In a fairly sweet deal, accused woman beater Chris Brown walked away with a plea bargain according to People..(he cleans up pretty well doesn’t he?)
The assault was according to all reports, something heinous to behold, but as we’ve said in the past kids.. money changes everything.
According to the powers that are in the know, Chris Brown was sentenced to five years probation and six months of community service in his home state which is Virginia. Brown apparently pleaded to the felony charges.
According to People, the judge commented: “I want Mr Brown to be treated the same as any other defendant who would come into this court.
“That means something like Caltrans (garbage detail or graffiti removal, and a two-week domestic violence program.”
Brown was ordered to remain at least 50 yards away from Rihanna for the next five years, except at public events where the distance was lowered to ten yards.
Beats jail time!!
