Chris Brown’s court hearing regarding his alleged attack on his girlfriend R&B singer Rihanna, could be pushed back because the prosecutors have not gathered enough evidence against the singer yet, OK! Magazine reports.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles D.A. recently told E! Online that they don’t have the evidence yet and that the police are still investigating. She reportedly also said that if the detectives need more time, a new court date will be set for Brown.
