A six-year-old boy in California was found carrying a .45-caliber pistol in his pocket at school.
The weapon was discovered after the first grade student was sent to the principal’s office because his “pants were sagging”, according to the sheriffs at San Bernadino county.
The childs father Michael Lewis,(( Hm.. seem to recall Jerry Lewis being caught with a gun where it shouldn’t have been. wonder if this is a long long relative..) who is the proud possessor of a felony background, has apparently been arrested for receiving stolen property and being a felon in possession of a firearm, after police realised that the gun was reported missing following a burglary in November. ( Ah.. so does this mean.. gun control wouldn’t have worked?? 🙂 We’re just sayin…
Investigators revealed the child had taken the pistol after spying it in the the trunk of his dad’s car.
“The child will be expelled,” said a sheriff spokesperson. “We don’t know what his intentions were. We don’t know whether he was just trying to be cool and have it.
“But it’s the district’s policy that if you bring a gun onto campus, you’re expelled.”
