Chicken for Usher



Usher Usher claims that his amazing abs comes from good genes and hard work (he does 1,000 crunches a day). He has a daily routine he calls “forty minutes of funk” which includes stretching, skipping and jumping jacks. Then he moves onto push-ups, leg raises and triceps dips. He also watches what he eats and is said to keep a diet of chicken, fish, a moderate amount of carbohydrates (rice, pasta, potatoes etc.) and lots of fruits and veggies.
