It’s no secret that Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller are going through a rocky patch. Well, things really don’t look good. The couple has had their lawyers draw up divorce papers in case they decide to split. The 41 page agreement details the parameters of their break up. The agreement specifies that no mater what happens, she gets at least as much as Denise Richards, Charlie’s ex wife in child support payments.
Charlie and Brooke agree to split custody with the kids, with Brooke receiving physical custody. Charlie gets them on the 1st, 3rd and 5th weekend of each month. Brooke will receive a whopping $55,000 a month in child support, along with other expenses. It is stipulated that her child support is always at least equal to the amount Denise Richards receives.
Though Brooke doesn’t ask for spousal support, she does request that she receive 50% of any monies received courtesy of all baby photographs sold to Getty Images. She will also get a number of bank accounts and a lump sum of a little more then $700,000.
Charlie will take sole possession of the house but has to purchase Brook a home, worth roughly $1 million. Stipulated in the agreement is that Brook can not talk to the press about Charlie’s “alleged” drug use and sexual affairs. Charlie has agreed to not disclose any information regarding Brook’s drug use.
This document has not been filed with the courts. As of now, it is a “just-in-case the couple decides to break-up” document. No one has pulled the trigger just yet but stay tuned, that may soon change.
