Charlie Sheen almost got arrested last night, An arrest would have spelled big trouble for the actor, who has experienced his share of it.
The embattled star is currently on probation for allegedly attacking his wife. Though everyone believed he should have been sent to jail, he wasn’t. Instead, he was given probation. With only 8 days left on it, he was this close to violating it and potentially being sent back to the slammer.
This time, Charlie didn’t attack a person, but he did do some serious damage to his hotel room. Apparently in a rage over a missing wallet, he proceeded to go crazy, trashing the room and damaging its chandelier in the process. A woman, who reportedly had been drinking with Charlie, in fear, ran to the bathroom, locked the door and called the police.
When they arrived, Charlie was supposedly naked, drunk and out of control. They gave him to choices, go to the hospital or go to jail. He chose the former.
The latter might have resulted in him going to jail for violating his probation. What in the world would happen to “Two and a Half Men” if that occurred?
In all seriousness, I hope that Charlie is able to successfully deal with whatever demons he has been struggling with, seemingly his entire life.
