Charlie Sheen Tells All: HIV Positive – 3 Letters that are Hard to Absorb

Tuesday morning, Matt Lauer and Charlie Sheen sat down while filming the Today show in order to come clean on his shocking secret.  Right at the start of the show Charlie confessed “ I am, in fact, HIV positive.”
This famous Hollywood bad boy looked to be very healthy as well as relieved as he told all about the diagnosis that he was given four years ago, as well as what happened that made him announce it now.
Sheen stated that he had to put a stop to the bombardment of attacks as well as sub-truths, not to mention the very damaging and mercurial stories that were based on him that threaten the health of so many other people.
Now at the age of 50, Sheen tells a horrible series of headaches that ultimately led him to a series of several tests, which eventually led to his diagnosis.  Charlie stated that he thought he had a brain tumor, and thought it was over, but HIV is a hard 3 letters to absorb, and that it was a major turning point in his life.
The diagnosis came very shortly after the breakup of his marriage to Brooke Mueller.  Sheen stated that he immediately told her about his diagnosis and encouraged her to be tested.  Sheen also noted that at this time still 4 years after the initial diagnosis he does not know how he contracted this virus, but he is faithfully taking what is known as a “triple cocktail” of pills in order to manage the virus on a daily basis.
Once Sheen was one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood, also told all about the way he has been paying people off in order to keep his secret.  Now, the “shakedowns have been piling up, enough to bring the total into the millions”  He also said that what these people forget about is the money that they are taking from him, is money that they are also taking from his five children as well as his granddaughter.
