The charges against 39-year-old R&B/hip-hop artist Nate Dogg (he is also Snoop Dogg’s cousin), who was accused of stalking and threatening his estranged wife, have been dropped, the Associated Press reports.
Dogg pleaded not guilty to one count of stalking and two counts of making criminal threats last summer. He also faced a misdemeanor count of driving on a suspended license stemming from a prior DUI conviction.
The singer’s wife claims Dogg sent her threatening emails and that he once chased her car on the freeway.
