Just when you thought they couldn’t get any  greedier… the estate of Michael Jackson, determined to prove us wrong– filed suit against a charity for claiming that Jackson was a patron.

Seems to us like he was doing a LOT of things they didn’t know about, so how do they know that he wasn’t a patron..

Jackson’s heirs are suing the “Heal the World Foundation” for a long and distinguished list of things such as unfair competition, trademark infringements and several other offences, maintaining that the organization wrongly implied that Michael had endorsed it.. reports BBC News.

And get this one.. they want to stop them from using the phrase  ‘King Of Pop’ and ‘Thriller’, believing that they are closely associated with the star.

The Heal the World Foundation has yet to comment.

Madonna reportedly refused Lindsay Lohan entry to a VIP party last week. It is believed that it stemmed from Lohans being unveiled as the advisor to the fashion house of Emanuel Ungaro.

The label’s president Mounir Moufarrige had said earlier that he had met with five candidates before deciding on Lohan, which included Madonna and Paris Hilton.

According to Contactmusic, the ‘Celebration’ singer ordered her security team not to let the Mean Girls actress into the private booth at an opening party for the Boom Boom Room nightclub in New York.

Can we say.. poor sport??

ParentDish.com recently conducted a poll about celebrity mothers to celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday. More than 10.000 mothers participated in the online poll, which showed that talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and actress Portia de Rossi is the couple moms would feel most comfortable leaving their kids with.

Actress Jennifer Garner was picked as the best celebrity mom, while Courtney Love and Dina Lohan topped The Worst Celebrity Mom list.

Amy Winehouse reportedly wants to adopt a child in her new-found Caribbean home, considering herself as the “Angelina Jolie of St. Lucia”.( oh weeeeee get it.the drunken, crawling on her hands and knees, streaking through the place with no shirt on, low rent.. Angelina..)

The 25-year-old singer is considering staying permanently in theresort and apparently wants to help underprivileged children.

An insider told the Daily Mail: “Amy is seriously thinking about adopting but she is aware it’s going to be incredibly difficult with her background.”

How about.. hopefully Impossible??

Rubina Ali’s father reportedly planned to sell the nine-year-old to escape poverty.The News Of The World alleged that Rafiq Qureshi demanded £200,000( hm.. so not just enough to make ends meet but enough to be wealthy in this area correct?) for the Slumdog Millionaire star’s adoption when reporters posed as a wealthy family from Dubai.

An informant had earlier said that the family had been talked to and were in fact waiting for the highest bid.

“I have to consider what’s best for me, my family and Rubina’s future,” Qureshi, 36, is quoted as saying, before his brother added that the child’s new-found stardom warranted extra cash. Ali found fame playing the youngest version of the character Latika in the Oscar-winning rags to riches film.

Brother-in-law Rajan More confirmed that the sale was being considered and said: “Obviously if you wanted to adopt we could discuss this, but her parents would also expect some proper compensation in return.”

What a lovely state of affairs ..here’s hoping that the wrong kind of person doesn’t decide to “adopt” her.

According to “The Smoking Gun” The sometime mom with the dollar signs in her eyes has found another means of cashing in on her hapless infants.

Today the California woman, who gave birth to eight infants in what is surely a self styled media fest par excellence, filed an   application to trademark the word “Octomom,”.

The seemingly less than maternal and more material mom who has shown us all her knack for cashing in on her kids, filed two such petitions last Friday, in the hopes of commercially exploiting her pregnancy and multiple birth still a bit further.

Filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in a bid to  exploit a title given to her by the gossip rags, she identified herself as  “Nadya Suleman, AKA Octomom,” and noted that she wanted the “Octomom” handle to put on products. Suleman also wants  a trademark to use “Octomom” in connection with TV variety shows.

How UTTERLY predictable…
