DMX got arrested in Miami yesterday for driving without a valid driver’s license, according to tmz.com.

This is the third time DMX has gotten arrested since May!

Rapper Snoop Dogg’s wife, Shante Broadus, was arrested for DUI at 12:15 am this morning in Fullerton, California.

TMZ reports that she was later released with a citation.

This time DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, is being accused of trying to avoid paying a hospital bill by using a fake name, according to tmz.com.

The rumor has it that DMX checked into to an Arizona emergency room, with chest pains that turned out to be pneumonia. But instead of using his real name, he used the name Troy Jones.

DMX could be charged with theft of services.

By the way, DMX was arrested twice last week…

Nick Bollea, who by the way is Hulk Hogan’s son, was sentenced to eight months in jail Friday after pleading no contest to charges of reckless driving. He also got five years probation, 500 hours of community service and his license got revoked for three years, according to People Magazine. 

The charges stem from a car crash last summer, which left his friend, John Graziano, with very serious injuries. Bollea is said to have been racing with alcohol in his system, when he hit a palm tree.

Gary Dourdan from the hit show “CSI” was arrested in Palm Springs Monday on suspicion of possessing cocaine, ecstasy, prescription drugs and heroin… (How many different drugs does a person really need???)

According to the police, the star was asleep in his car when they approached him. Dourdan was taken to jail where he paid his $5,000 bail and left.
