Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen are fighting again, and this time it’s about whether or not to vaccinate their children, according to tmz.com.

The rumor has it that Charlie believes that vaccinations are poison (!).

The whole thing might end up in court, according to the entertainment site.

Lindsay Lohan’s parents met in court Tuesday over custody issues.

Daddy Lohan claims that his ex wife (and now also reality show diva), Dina, is not living up to the visitation deal and that he has not been allowed to visit their two youngest kids, 11-year-old Dakota and 14-year-old Ali.

Former Mr. and Mrs. Lohan have said that they will not to talk to reporters about the custody battle, but we doubt that they will be able to keep their mouths shut… They simply seem to love the media attention way too much. Especially Mommy Lohan, who even has her own reality show on E!

Denise Richards’ and Charlie Sheen’s bitter feud continues.

When Richards appeared on “The Today Show” a few days ago, she claimed that Sheen had faked an e-mail from her, asking Sheen’s fiancée, Brooke Mueller, for his sperm.

Last week she also told the media that her ex had sent her horrible text messages. According to Richards, Sheen sent one message saying that he hoped that both Denise and her “worthless retarded father” would get cancer and join her stupid mother in hell.

It’s no wonder this is called the nastiest divorce in Hollywood history.

Well to be honest, she is probably more than just upset.

Dolly Parton is threatening to sue “The Howard Stern Show” after they manipulated some recordings from one of her audio books, and made it sound like she was saying racist and sexually explicit things, according to Fox News. The whole thing aired May 6.

A stunned Dolly Parton released a statement yesterday saying: “I have never been so shocked, hurt and humiliated in all my life. I cannot believe what Howard Stern has done to me. In a blue million years, I would never have such vulgar things come out of my mouth.”

The world’s most famous country singer also said, “If there was ever going to be a lawsuit, it’s going to be over this”.

While appearing on The Nokia Green Room a London music show, Ashlee said:

In an interview the other day, they asked me what I thought, ‘You’ve had one too many Britney Spears’ means. I was like, ‘What?’ And they said it means you’ve had one too many beers. I was like, ‘Oh, you’ve had one too many trashy girls!’”

Ashley Alexandra Dupre, best known for being the call girl that wrecked New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer’s life and career, is now suing “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis for $10 million.

Dupre claims Francis exploited her image and name to advertise the “Girls Gone Wild” videos she appeared in when she was only 17 and too drunk to remember that she even signed the consent.

Funnily enough TMZ reports that Francis got everything on tape even Dupre showing her (fake) ID when signing the papers.

“We were very surprised and in fact amazed today that Ms. Dupree filed a lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild. We have not publicly released any new video of Ms. Dupree, due to corporate policy of not using footage of individuals younger than 18. It is incomprehensible that Ms. Dupree could claim she did not give her consent to be filmed by Girls Gone Wild, when in fact we have videotape of her giving consent, while showing her identification.”

Dupre just need to find a REAL job soon!
