Amy Winehouse will spend the night in the slammer after she was arrested on suspicion of assault.

The troublesome British singer has been accused of head-butting a man who tried to help her get a cab recently and she also allegedly punched another guy in the face earlier that night.

This might come as a shock to all the British youngsters who voted Amy Winhouse as the “Ultimate Heroine” on Sky.com’s latest poll.

A judge has sentenced actor Wesley Snipes to three years in prison for tax evasion.

Wesley was convicted in February for not filing his taxes, but while Uncle Sam said that he owed $2.7 million the actors’ attorneys claimed that it was only about $225,000.

During this whole ordeal, prosecutors argued that Snipes should be made an example of because of his fame – and we guess the judge did just that!

Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora, 48, was arrested last month in Laguna Beach, California for driving under the influence with his 10-year-old daughter in the car.

TMZ is now reporting that Sambora has just plea bargained his DUI case and pled no contest to driving drunk.

The streets will be no safer as Sambora’s DUI charge was dismissed and prosecutors did not file child endangerment charges.

Instead of being thrown in the slammer, Sambora only has to pay a $1,600 fine and will be on informal probation for 3 years.

The police in Laguna Beach, California, want John Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora charged with child endangerment after he was pulled over for DUI with his (and beautiful actress Heather Locklears’) 10-year-old daughter in the back seat.

Sambora was arrested March 25 and is scheduled to appear in court for his arraignment May 7, according to Fox News.

According to The Sun, 29-year-old rocker Pete Doherty is receiving star treatment in jail. In the over-crowded jail where he is at, he has a cell all to himself and a bunk with two mattresses.

Other inmates are, according to reports, very angry about the fact that the drug addict/rocker has been given extra bedding, as well as a TV and a radio.

Doherty has to spend 14 weeks behind bars because he broke the terms of his suspended sentence for possession of heroin, crack cocaine and some other “very illegal drugs”…

And with Babyshambles´ frontman behind bars, the band is now forced to cancel a few shows.
