John Cusack and his alleged Stalker

A 33-year-old woman by the name of Emily Leatherman pleaded no contest Friday in Los Angeles to a felony count of stalking Hollywood star John Cusack.

By accepting a plea deal she avoided state prison, but was sentenced to five years’ probation and mandatory psychiatric counseling, according to Fox News.

Leatherman was arrested a few months ago after lurking around actor John Cusack’s Malibu home despite a restraining order.

When Cusack filed for the restraining order, he accused the woman of throwing a bag containing rocks, love letters and screwdrivers (!) over his fence.

This same woman was also arrested on suspicion of violating a restraining order a year or so ago. That time it was outside Tom Cruise’s home in Beverly Hills.

Khloe Kardashian fails to complete alcohol-education program again

Khloe Kardashian

History keeps repeating itself…

”Keeping Up With the Kardashians” co-star Khloe Kardashian appeared in a California court yesterday for a progress hearing in her DUI case. And according to E! Online, the judge was not happy about her progress.

The judge reprimanded Khloe for not completing her required alcohol-education program in a timely fashion. But instead of revoking Khloe’s probation, the judge gave her until Nov. 17 to complete all the classes (according to her lawyer she only has one class left to complete).

Earlier this year, Khloe pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and was sentenced to 36 months probation and community service. She was also ordered to enroll in an alcohol-education program. But for some reason she did not complete the alcohol program and ended up behind bars for 4 hours and 37 minutes (!).
