Actor Andy Dick, 42, maybe best known as his role as the nerdy Owen Kronsky in the sitcom “Less then Perfect”, was arrested yesterday outside a chicken restaurant in Murrieta, CA.

Dick was by all accounts totally wasted and got arrested after he allegedly urinated in the restaurant’s parking lot and exposed a 17-year-old girl’s breasts, all according to pe.com.

When searched, cops found marijuana and some kind of prescription medication in his pants.

The funny actor was booked on suspicion of sexual battery, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and public intoxication.

This is not the first time Dick has been arrested. In 1999, Dick drove his car into a telephone pole in Hollywood and was later charged with possession of marijuana, cocaine, drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and hit-and-run driving.

“Family Ties” star Brian Bonsall (who played Andy Keaton on the 80s NBC sitcom) is named in a bench warrant scheduled to be issued after he failed to show up in court yesterday, according to Fox News.

Bonsall is accused of violating his two-year probation, which he got after he pleaded guilty to third-degree assault of his girlfriend last year.

The former actor, who lives in Colorado and who now plays in a band, is also accused of not paying for his domestic violence classes and missing daily breathalyzer tests, according to AP.

Kim’s little sister, Khloe Kardashian, will soon start serving a 30-day sentence for probation violation stemming from a DUI charge last year, all according to E! News. She will be heading to jail on Friday, July 18.

Earlier this year, Khloe pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and was sentenced to 36 months probation and community service. She was also ordered to enroll in an alcohol education program. But for some reason she didn’t complete the alcohol program and the community service at the California Department of Transportation and is therefore going to jail.

Khloe Kardashian currently owns and operates DASH, a clothing boutique in LA, with her two sisters, Kourtney and Kim.

Heidi Fleiss, 42, is facing felony drug use and possession charges stemming from the time she was arrested in Nevada (February 7, 2008) for driving under the influence, driving without a license and for possession of prescription medication without a prescription.

Fleiss is accused of unlawful use of methamphetamine and possession of the painkiller hydrocodone without having a prescription.

The former Hollywood Madam has previously said that she has “a bit of a substance abuse problem”. And we believe her!

Actors Josh Brolin and Jeffrey Wright, together with 5 other crew members of the new Oliver Stone movie “W”, were arrested during a bar fight Saturday morning in Shreveport, Louisiana.

The Associated Press reports that Brolin was booked at the city jail and was forced to pay a $334 cash bond to be released.

Police in Canadian say they have finally found the man who has been running around Ontario, claming to be David Lee Roth from Van Halen, according to tmz.com.

The man, who has been claiming to be David, could be charged with obstruction of justice.
