Shia LaBeouf was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving on Sunday morning after his pickup collided with another vehicle, causing his truck to flip over

Shia LaBeouf was taken to hospital and required to have surgery to his left hand, according to TMZ.

The female passenger in Shia’s car and the driver of the other car only suffered minor injuries.

“It was immediately apparent to officers responding on the scene that LaBeouf was intoxicated and he was subsequently placed under arrest,” said LA County Sheriff’s Sgt. Scott Wolf to AP.

Rock legend Bryan Ferry’s son, Otis Ferry, appeared in Gloucester Crown Court, England, Friday, where he denied attacking and robbing two female animal rights activists, according to The Sun.

In April, Otis was arrested and charged after he was accused of taking a video camera from a woman who was filming him reportedly participating in a fox hunt, which now is illegal in the U.K.

Otis was also accused of hitting another woman with a radio antenna, which he had pulled off her car, Contactmusic.com reports.

The trial will start on 15 September.

Actor Scott Michael Foster, 23, was arrested yesterday morning in Hollywood for misdemeanor drunken driving, according to E! News.

Foster has done both commercials and voice-acting. He was in smaller films like “Forever Charlie” before receiving a major role in the television show “Greek”. He also has a band called “Siren’s Eye”.

Actor/rapper DMX (real name: Earl Simmons) was arrested outside a mall in Phoenix, Ariz. yesterday for allegedly giving a false name and Social Security number to Scottsdale’s Mayo Clinic in April.

DMX is said to have used the name “Troy Jones” to avoid paying $7,500 in medical expenses, according to tmz.com.

This is certainly not the first time DMX has been arrested this year. In fact, he was arrested once earlier this month, twice in June and twice in May.

Khloe Kardashian was originally sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating her probation on a DUI charge, but she has already been released from Lynwood’s Century Regional Detention Center, according to E! Online.
